Now as the Director of Catering and Events, the Banquet Manager, and the Executive Chef of IronOaks at Sun Lakes, our experience allows us to bring your event dreams to reality.
Carolyn Robertson

Director of Catering and Events

Carolyn Robertson joined IronOaks with a business degree specializing in Hospitality and Travel Management from the Bradford School of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Originally from Ohio, Carolyn has spent the last 9+ years traveling the United States holding multiple leadership roles during Casino Grand Openings for Penn Entertainment. Her focus during her time in the Casino industry was Player Development and Marketing- creating over the top unique experiences for their VIP guests. Carolyn, in search of a change of pace, moved to Arizona and joined IronOaks planning weddings, events, and meetings in our various event spaces.
