Welcome to Stone & Barrel, an IronOaks Taphouse. Part gathering place and part comfortable living room, Stone & Barrel offers an all-day menu featuring a blend of traditional favorites, American classics, healthy dishes and wood-fired pizza. All made from locally-sourced ingredients. The restaurant hosts live music one night each weekend during the Summer and both Friday and Saturday evenings the remainder of the year, daily happy hours, lunch specials, and weekly Chef features. Dine inside or on our lakeside patio. Enjoy a variety of craft beers, specialty cocktails and wine-on-tap to create a memorable experience unlike any other in the southeast Valley.

Chef Lilian Rodriguez
Lilian began her culinary journey with small Italian restaurants in the valley. Discovering her passion and wanting more, she apprenticed at the James Beard Award nominated restaurant Café Terra Cotta giving her four years of intensive culinary training. Over the years she has been a Sous Chef, Banquet Chef, Garde Manager Chef and Chef de Cuisine. Some of Lili's past positions include many luxury hotels such as the Boulders Resort & Golden Door Spa, The Four Seasons Scottsdale and The Ritz Carlton Chicago at the Water Tower. Lilian's love of food was inspired by her grandmother's baking and using fresh ingredients from local farms and dairies. Her culinary inspiration goes beyond the kitchen and into the arts from music and literature to performing and visual arts. In her spare time she mentors young chefs by participating in classes that focus on basic cooking techniques to knife skills that allow them to step into the culinary world.
