Senior Strength - Class moved to East side of Oakwood pool
To enhance your experience with the Senior Strength Fitness class, please bring the following items;
A Beach Towel to put over your chair
An exercise band with handles
A set of hand weights that are suitable for your fitness level. This could be water bottles.
A ball that will bounce. (these can be borrowed from the instructor)
Hand Weights and Bands may be checked out from the fitness center if supplies are still available. All checked out items will need to be returned after COVID restrictions are lifted.
