This seafood "casserole" is made with Alaskan king crab, jumbo scallops, shrimp and chucks of lobster tail.  We make a  rich chardonnay infused lobster bisque and bake it with the fresh seafood.  We top the baked seafood with a butter herbed ritz cracker topping which is typical for this New England style dish.  We are serving it with a fresh baked roll and simple side salad.  All for $26….!!!!
