The next Committee we will focus on is the Election Committee. On January 8th, get a unique view of this important Committee run by your neighbors and serving a vital role in the operation of IronOaks.

  • Stone & Barrel Patio | To be painted Sunday, January 7th, and Monday January 8th. Patio closed during this time. Arts and Craft Rooms will be available.

  • Golf Pro Shop | December 26th-29th. An entrance to the building will always be available.

Chelsea Golf Reservation Policy

Take a few moments to review this video from April detailing the IronOaks Chelsea Golf Reservation policy. If you reserve a space for a golfer as a part of your group and they don’t show up or their tee time is being reserved in someone else’s name, there are consequences for everyone.

Golf Cart Parking

Golf cart parking exists throughout the community. These spaces are indicated with shorter lines in the middle of a parking space, and soon you will notice golf cart parking signs.

If you are parking a golf cart, please follow a staggered parking structure as pictured below:

PET OF THE WEEK

Tammy is a 16-year-old Domestic Longhaired cat who was adopted from the Arizona Humane Society way back in 2008! Unfortunately, Tammy is back in our care after her owner needed to move and was unable to bring Tammy along with them.

Upon her return to AHS, Tammy was quickly cleared for adoption, pending some grooming to remove a few matts. She may look like a large cat, but under all that hair, Tammy is only about 6 pounds! Her previous owner has said she is a friendly girl who gets along well with both men and women, but she also likes to have some time to herself to relax. Tammy is a senior girl who is hoping to find a calm fur-ever home where she can spend her golden years. If you’re interested in adopting Tammy, click here!
