Statements for January 2024 will be mailed in early December. The amount due is $1,346.00. You may pay your assessment via one of these methods:

2. Online | Debit and Credit cards will incur a 2.5% fee.  Checking and Saving accounts drafts incur no fee.
3. Deliver your payment to the secured dropboxes located throughout the community: at Oakwood Concierge desk or Oakwood Clubhouse payment slot in the hallway, Fitness, Oakwood and Ironwood Golf Shops, and the Accounting office (drive up box or box at office door).

Due to the recent schedule change of the regular bulk pickup, the FREE bulk pickup is Tuesday, November 21st. This service is for Waste Connections of Arizona customers only. You must call 480.983.9100 no later than noon on Monday, November 20th. 

Items must be placed curbside by 6:00am and should be no larger than 6’ x 4’ x 4’. Acceptable items: Furniture and large appliances (no refrigerators), household garbage, yard debris and cardboard that will not fit in your regular can. Tires, paint, motor oil, batteries, carpet, concrete, bricks are NOT acceptable. You can also schedule bulk trash pickup for other months for a fee of $85.

Representatives will be in the community with internet, TV, and phone specials for homeowners November 29th-December 1st. Representatives will be wearing identification during the visits.

Meet Sandi-doo, the sweetest 3-year-old smooth-coated Chihuahua you'll ever meet. She found herself in AHS' care earlier this month after her owner was faced with no other choice but to surrender her due to a complicated legal matter. Now, without the only family she knew, Sandi-doo is hoping for a new beginning. This tiny girl weighs just under 13 pounds and wants nothing more than to curl up in your lap or right next to you on the couch while you watch TV. She's a cuddler and would feel so much safer in this big world with a human to hold her when she's nervous. She would also really appreciate a home with windows that she could reach as people-watching is one of her favorite hobbies.
