• First, log in.
• Then, on the homepage, look for “My Profile” under the banner at the top of the page. You can update your phone number, your email, and your other address in this area. It is important to notify our Community Services department of your email/phone changes directly, to maintain their gate access records. Click here to email them.

This video is under 10 minutes long and we hope it helps you make an informed decision when preparing to vote starting October 26th. A feature you can activate is closed captioning. When you're watching the video, look for “CC” in the bottom portion of the screen. It looks like this:

Due to the scope of the work, the entire pool area will be closed off during this time period. These repairs are a normal part of maintaining a quality facility for the Members and homeowners.

During this time, the following repairs will be done:

• Strip pool deck to concrete surface
• Resurface pool deck with acrylic lace surface
• Replace pool depth markers and "no diving" markers
• Remove interior pebble surface from spa
• Replace interior surface of spa with quartz plaster surface

We encourage Members to consider other lap swimming options during this time:

• Oakwood Main Pool & Lap Pool
• Cottonwood Lap Pool
  Per the reciprocal agreement, Members of IronOaks can use the lap pool during posted hours.

AQUA Fitness Classes will move to the Main Oakwood Pool across the parking lot. The Main Oakwood Pool will be reserved for AQUA Fitness Classes during the following times:

• Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 11:30am
• Monday, 4:30pm - 5:30pm
• Saturday, 10:00am - 11:00am

If you have a key to utilize these gates, please ensure the gate closes once you pass through.

Regarding the proposed housing units in Chandler at the corner of Ocotillo and Arizona Avenue, there is a community meeting to organize a campaign against the proposed high-density, multi-family, low-income housing project named “The Landings at Ocotillo” on Wednesday, October 19th, 2022, at 6:00pm at the downtown Chandler Police Department Community Room - 250 East Chicago Street, Chandler, AZ 85225

Many of our homeowners share the streets with automobiles, bikers, golf carts, etc. Let’s all do our part to stay safe. Every form of transportation needs to follow the rules of the road (bikes, cars, and golf carts). If you don’t have electronic signals, use hand signals, and keep to the right.

Walkers:

• Walk facing traffic. 
• Wear light or reflective type clothing. 
• Be aware as you walk. 
• Limit your phone use while walking, keep your eyes alert.

Bikers:

• Ride with traffic. 
• Be prepared to cautiously move to the left to avoid a walker or golf cart. 
• Wear light colored clothing and have reflective strips on your bike to be more visible.

Golf Carts/Automobiles:

• It is a violation to exceed the speed limits within the Association.
• Speed limits are 25mph unless otherwise posted. The speed limit on E. J. Robson Blvd. and Sun Lakes Blvd. is posted 35mph. 
• Stay alert and keep your eyes on the road.

Remember to obey stop signs and yield to pedestrians in crosswalks.
