Fitness Center Air Conditioning Replacement This Saturday
This Saturday, October 7th, during the early morning, Fitness Center users will see a large crane in the front parking lot. Parking will be affected in this area while teams change the AC unit on the roof. We anticipate this having minimal impact for a short duration, but we recommend those working out early to use the back parking lot by the stadium tennis court to access the Fitness Center. The unit being replaced is one of 16 AC units on the building and is a Reserve Fund item.

Golf Course Usage & Cart Drivers Must Have License
Per the HOA Rules and Regulations, “Ironwood and Oakwood golf courses have been constructed for the sole purpose and use of golfers.” This means you may not walk, jog, ride a bike, exercise your pets, or drive your golf cart for leisure on the course, even during times of closures such as overseeding. ALL drivers of golf carts must have a valid driver’s license.

Arizona Humane Society’s Pet of the Week: Neeta
|
|
| |
Every year, our Emergency Animal Medical Technicians™ at the Arizona Humane Society pick up thousands of sick and injured stray pets throughout the Valley in hopes of providing them with a bright future. For some, the care these pets will require even after the adoption process has been completed will be ongoing. Such is the case for this sweet Golden Retriever by the name of Neeta. Neeta is overweight and will require a responsible pet owner who can make sure she’s maintaining a healthy diet in her new home. At eight years old, Neeta makes for a great snuggle buddy and would love a spot on the couch for some quality time with caretakers. In other words, if you are looking for a companion to get your steps in and then watch the Golden Bachelor afterwards, she’s your girl! Visit Neeta today at AHS’ South Mountain Campus if you think you might be the one lucky enough to give her the
forever home she’s been looking for. She’d love to meet you!
