Loop Highlights:

Did You Know?

Dogs must be on a leash when in common areas of IronOaks. The leash can be no longer than 6 feet (Maricopa County law) and the animal must be under the control of a person (not just having the leash tied to a structure). Dogs are not permitted in any pool areas, HOA buildings, or restaurants (including restaurant patios). The only exception is service dogs that are on duty.

Halley Water Feature

The water feature at the entrance to Ironwood is currently out of service. The motor for the feature has reached its useful life, and the replacement is back-ordered until end of August. In the meantime, our Facilities crew will be cleaning the water feature regularly, to ensure proper upkeep of our curb appeal. We will be sending updates weekly to all unit captains, but if you have any questions or concerns in the interim, please reach out to Veronica Semey, Director of Community Services, via email or at 480.317.3601.

We Saved You a Seat

Paint & Sip Is Back! | Date Correction

Saturday, August 27th, from 3:30pm - 5:30pm | Bradford Room

We apologize for the typo in Monday’s Dining and Events newsletter. The August Paint and Sip event will be held on Saturday, August 27th (not Wednesday).

This month we're sipping "goodbye" to summer and designing a unique sign for your home. You will be able to use this fun sign (approximately 11”X14”) for years to come. This will look great on your front door or back patio. We will provide the sign, a variety of items to decorate your sign, and all the paints needed.

We will be sipping a variety of white and red wines that you can get creative with by adding “spiked” fruits and club soda. Snacks will also be provided. Book your reservation early, as only 25 spots are available. Cost is $45 plus tax. Visit the Concierge or call 480.317.3600 to reserve your space.
