Master Planning Moves To The Next Step

The next phase of the Master Plan process will remain focused on our Mission: To preserve IronOaks as a desirable adult community that encourages Homeowners to pursue an active and healthy lifestyle.

In the immediate future, your Master Planning Committee will be digging into the details of your responses to the most recent Survey and evaluating all the implications of revising your updated priorities and specific wishes. We listen.

At the June 23rd Master Planning Committee Meeting, Frank Vain of McMahon Group added further commentary to the latest Master Plan Survey report. Frank also answered homeowner questions to clarify the Survey opinion details. The PowerPoint from Frank’s Presentation can be viewed by clicking here.

Many homeowners joined the Master Planning Committee meeting in person, and more than 125 attended via Zoom. To view the June 23rd meeting recording, click here.

Visit your IronOaks website for Master Planning information. You must be logged in to view this information. The website captures Master Planning documents, committee minutes, (HOA > Committees > Master Plan) Survey results, and other relevant information (HOA > Strategic Plan). This is a critical source for your HOA to share information with homeowners.

Questions can be sent to [email protected].

Email Addresses Needed

We have many homeowners without email addresses or correct mailing addresses in our database. We need to have your email address for many purposes; the main one being for you to have the ability to vote on community initiatives.

  • Please log in at IronOaksAZ.com.
  • Once logged in, look for "My Profile."
  • You will be able to add or change your email address, update a phone number, etc.

We also need to ensure we have your correct mailing address to ensure we send your semi-annual assessments to the correct location.  Many of our homeowners have contacted us with this information and we thank you.  No further action is required.  If you have not contacted us, please email [email protected] or call 480.317.3620 if you have any questions or problems.

Overnight Parking Permit

Please be reminded that street parking is prohibited overnight, unless a current Parking Permit is displayed on a vehicle's windshield. Parking permits are free of charge and can be obtained in advance by contacting the Patrol Department. Should you find yourself prepping your sofa for an unplanned overnight guest, you can obtain an Overnight Parking Permit last minute by contacting our Mobile Patrol officer on duty at 480.797.6508.

Exterior Home Updates / Remodeling

Please contact our HOA Community Services Department regarding any work being planned for the exterior of your home, including paint, new landscaping, hard scaping, etc.

Appointment requests and questions may be directed to our Community Services Office at 480.802.2776. Office hours are 8:00am - 4:00pm (closed 12:00 - 12:30pm for lunch).

Election Materials

Distribution of election materials door to door is not allowed in any part of IronOaks. If a solicitor comes to your home, please take note of their car information (make and model) and general person description and call mobile patrol at 480.797.6508. Mobile patrol is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

Palm Tree Trimming

It is important to trim your palm trees during this time of year (preferably before the palm pods open with the blooms). This will avoid messes like those we saw during the recent storms.

Cox Communications

If you're interested in receiving services from Cox, you can visit their website and enter your information. When they get close to your area and service is available, you will hear from them to schedule and review pricing. Cox anticipates the first home services will begin in mid-July.

AZCEND Food Drive

This time of year, less fortunate members of our community and the city of Chandler need assistance. Children are out of school; parents are trying to make ends meet, and food pantry shelves are less than full. This year, with the assistance of Kathy Heinemann and Realty Executives, we are hosting a virtual food drive. Check out the AZCEND website. You can donate cash or shop for items. It is a fun, cool, quick way to help.

AZCEND is a 501(C)(3) organization and all donations are tax deductible.

If you need assistance, you can contact Sarah Amstutz at 480.963.1423 extension 113.

Crystal Card Sale

Wednesday, July 13th, 9:00am - 2:00pm Bradford Room

Beautiful, recycled greeting cards for all occasions. All proceeds are donated to My Sister's Place, a crisis center for domestic violence victims and their children. Thank you all for your continued support of this project.

What Is Recyclable?

Recycling is when certain materials are collected, processed, and made reusable. While not all materials can be recycled, most can. Trash & waste generate toxic chemicals and greenhouse gasses from rubbish in landfill sites. Recycling helps the environment by reducing the overall amount of pollution caused by waste, landfills, etc.

Please do not put your recyclables inside a plastic bag inside the recycle can.
