HOA July Assessments
The semi-annual HOA assessment notification with link to the statements will be emailed on or about June 2nd. Actual statements will be mailed June 6th.
While the payment process has not changed, we hope that this guide (PDF) will assist our residents in making payments easily.

Fitness Pool Re-opens June 4th
The Fitness pool area including the spa has been closed for a water change since June 1st. The water change enables the team to control the chemical balance. Thank you for your patience.

Halley Water Feature
This Sunday, June 5th, the water feature will be drained for maintenance. We anticipate having the cleaning and painting completed and the water running no later than Sunday, June 12th.

Reciprocal Agreement with IronOaks (HOA #3) and Cottonwood Palo Verde (HOA #2)
In January 2021, an agreement was reached between HOA #2 and HOA #3 for the sharing of certain amenities. Click here (PDF) to view the document detailing the specifics.

Mobile Patrol is Part of the Iron Oaks Community Services Department
On duty 7 days a week, 24 hours a day! Feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns that you may have. Mobile Patrol's phone number is 480.797.6508. Please leave a message if you reach voicemail. They will get back to you as soon as possible. Of course, if it's an emergency, always dial 911.

Political Signs
Political signs on a lot are limited to a total of 9.0 square feet and may not be posted before seventy-one (71) days prior to the election and must be removed no later than seven (7) days after the election.

Consider Joining One of Our Amazing Committees
Committees meet monthly and are the impetus of many important projects in IronOaks. If you have some extra time and have a skill that may assist one of our committees, consider spending some time helping. Currently, the Architecture and Landscape, Finance, and Rules and Regulations committees are seeking a few good people. Have a background in architecture, landscaping, or finance? Do you have a gift for seeing both sides and are able to consider alternatives to guide other homeowners? Go to IronOaksAZ.com. Log in and navigate to "HOA," then to "Committees." Promote Your Club
There are several ways to promote your club or group. You can contact [email protected] with your information, and they can assist you in getting your information up on the digital screen in the Arts and Crafts building. You can also have your club or group listed on the "Lifestyle" page of IronOaksAZ.com. If your information is not there currently, please contact the Communications team for this as well. There is also a website that's completely free for homeowners, clubs, and groups. Simply open an account and post your information. A long-time resident of Sun Lakes started this website several years ago, recently updated it,
and contacted us to get the word out. So if you have something to sell, want to promote your club, or are just looking for information, check out this website.

Sun Lakes Medical Equipment Office Closed This Friday
The Sun Lakes Medical Equipment office will be closed this Friday, June 3rd, for the American Red Cross Blood Drive.
When you know the due date to return your medical equipment and you cannot return it for any reason, please call the office. The office number is 480.895.8751, Ext 1.
