Thank you to the 2,273 homeowners who participated! McMahon Group is compiling the results and eliminating the duplicates. Once completed, we will publish the results for the community.

Homeowners can expect to see their semi-annual HOA assessment statements in the next couple of weeks. They will be emailed on Friday, June 3rd, and mailed on June 6th. We will also be publishing an easy-to-follow guide on How to Pay available on Thursday, June 2nd, via Stay in the Loop and on the website after you log in, in the "IronOaks News" section of the homepage. The payment process has not changed, but we hope this guide will assist our residents in making payments easily.

As Cox Communications works through the community, you can fill out a form letting them know that you're interested in service. This website has been created to assist.

When you fill out the form on the website, you will be contacted by Cox for service and pricing as they get close to your area.

Get your teams together and plan on joining us this Monday, May 30th, for a fun night of Trivia! An updated menu will be available, so plan to spend your evening with your friends in the Oakwood Ballroom.

With the code being disabled as of May 23rd, please provide your guests with the following instructions on how to contact you to allow them to enter the community. Instructions will also be posted on the call boxes. Please pay special attention to the gates, which have a guest call box system. There are several ways to promote your club or group. You can contact [email protected] with your information, and they can assist you in getting your information up on the digital screen in the Arts and Crafts building. You can also have your club or group listed on the "Lifestyle" page of IronOaksAZ.com. If your information is not there currently, please contact the Communications team for this as well. There is also a website that's completely free for homeowners, clubs, and groups. Simply open an account and post your information. A long-time resident of Sun Lakes started this website several years ago, recently updated it, and contacted us to get the word out. So if you have something to sell, want to promote your club, or are just looking for information, check out this website.

We have found some amazing things that would like to find their way back home to the owners... Volvo, Chrysler, and BMW car keys, just to mention a few. We also have caps, jackets, phones, lunch boxes, etc.

Take a look at the photos below, and if you recognize something, stop by the Oakwood Concierge desk Monday through Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm to claim your items.

The Sun Lakes Medical Equipment office will be closed on Monday, May 30th, for Memorial Day. It will reopen on Tuesday, May 31st, at 9:00am. 

The office will also be closed on Friday, June 3rd, for the American Red Cross Blood Drive.

If you know the due date to return your medical equipment and you cannot return it for any reason, please call the office at 480.895.8751, Ext 1.
