As you may have heard, Grill on the Green will soon undergo a remodel. This exciting change enables us collectively to consider the possibilities. We’d like to get our homeowners’ input. In the upcoming Monday Dining and Events newsletter, you will be able to watch a short video with John Reyhons and Gunnar Edington. They will provide a brief review of the remodel. We are requesting you to submit your suggestions to help develop inspiration for what Grill on the Green will become, via our Comment Card process. We look forward to sharing more soon, and to hearing from you.

Semi-annual assessment statements will be mailed to our homeowners soon.  If you live elsewhere during the summer or would prefer your statement be sent to you via your email, please email the Accounting team,

Updated map of Cox Communications work as of today, May 12th, for your review. 

For the past year and a half, the code "2010" has been in place as a courtesy to assist our residents' guests gain easier access through some gates. To improve security, this code will be disabled as of Monday, May 23rd. Visitors may look up a resident’s names in the directory at the call box at these gates and follow the prompts to gain access from the resident. If you have updated your phone number recently, please contact our Patrol team to ensure your phone information is correct. Patrol can be reached via email or at 480.317.3647. Thank you for helping us improve security in IronOaks!

We need our residents' assistance! If you have a contractor, worker, landscaper, house cleaning service, etc. coming to your home, you must tell them they have to enter through one of the manned gates at Halley, EJ Robson, or Sun Lakes Blvd. There are multiple company cars and trucks waiting at the Champagne gate to tailgate a resident coming in. Sending them to a manned gate allows our gate agents to take their car and destination information, aiding in all our residents' security.

IronOaks is over 25 years old, and as you can imagine, we have plenty of records and data. The Board is looking to put together a Task Force charged with determining how to best handle all of the documents and records.If you have a background in library science, or document management... if you are interested in preserving IronOaks' historical records... if you need more details/information, please contact Dave Erwin via email.

Due to new requirements by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), we now must have age verification forms from our residents. These forms must be updated every two years to enable IronOaks to maintain its minimum resident age requirements. If you have not done so already, please pick up a form in one of these locations:

• Fitness Center
• Oakwood Concierge Desk
• Oakwood Golf Shop

The form is also available at IronOaksAZ.com. Once you log in, the top banner will display, showing "55+ Age Verification Form." Fill in the information, list every resident living in your home, along with their birthdates. You can sign the form using your mouse (or your finger if on a touch device). When you click "Submit" on the form, it will be securely, electronically delivered to the person handling the forms.
