We have recently received an updated map of work by Cox Communications, for your review. 

Recently a resident was approached at their home and told their electricity was going to be shut off for nonpayment. The person  was impersonating an SRP employee, and tried to convince the resident to install a new meter. The person was very threatening. Please remember the following:

1. SRP does NOT send people out to collect payments.
2. SRP will Never ask you to make an immediate payment with a prepaid card or Bitcoin.
3. Before your power is ever disconnected, you will receive a minimum of two notices in the mail.
4. You can check your account anytime.
5. When in doubt, you can call 602.236.8888 anytime of day or night to check on someone calling you or visiting you in person.

We need our residents' assistance! If you have a contractor, worker, landscaper, house cleaning service, etc. coming to your home, you must tell them they have to enter through one of the manned gates at Halley, EJ Robson, or Sun Lakes Blvd. There are multiple company cars and trucks waiting at the Champagne gate to tailgate a resident coming in. Sending them to a manned gate allows our gate agents to take their car and destination information, aiding in all our residents' security.

if you have experience and expertise in architecture and landscape design, and are familiar with our AL Guidelines, the ALC would like to talk to you about joining their committee.  Fill out a committee request here (scroll towards the bottom to see the form).

At this critical time, we are seeking to keep our committee fully staffed at nine members. We are seeking someone who has an interest in serving the IronOaks community and who has a background in the following areas:

• Strategic planning, measurement, and systems, and related processes; facilities management, real estate, benchmarking, demographics, financial planning and analysis, and HOA operations
• This is an opportunity to be involved in shaping the future of IronOaks. Committee members are required to stay informed of current issues regarding IronOaks, in order to make informed decisions and actively participate in discussions.
• Be an active team member willing to take on special tasks/assignments in order to set strategic direction.

IronOaks is over 25 years old, and as you can imagine, we have plenty of records and data. Due to new requirements by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), we now must have age verification forms from our residents. These forms must be updated every two years to enable IronOaks to maintain its minimum resident age requirements. If you have not done so already, please pick up a form in one of these locations:

• Fitness Center
• Oakwood Concierge Desk
• Oakwood Golf Shop

The form is also available at IronOaksAZ.com. Once you log in, the top banner will display, showing "55+ Age Verification Form." Fill in the information, list every resident living in your home, along with their birthdates. You can sign the form using your mouse (or your finger if on a touch device). When you click "Submit" on the form, it will be securely, electronically delivered to the person handling the forms.
