Holiday Trash Schedule Guidelines

If the service day (residential or bulk) falls on a holiday including Memorial Day, Labor Day, MLK Day, Presidents Day, or Veterans Day, the pickup schedule is NOT affected. Chandler (Unit 33) residents have the same schedule with the addition of the fourth of July not being effected by the holiday. Please set your carts out on regular day of service.

Community Services Kind Reminders

On April 26th, the Board of Directors approved the new Architectural and Landscape Guidelines. The Guidelines were reviewed and refreshed by the Architectural and Landscape Committee. There have been no sweeping changes, but rather they were updated for clarity. You can find the new Guidelines on the website at this link:

The tree trimming crew will be in the walking path next week. They will continue to trim trees in this area through the end of June. They will then start trimming the palm trees. The palm trees in the common areas are Fan Palms that are trimmed around July. Date Palms need to be trimmed in June after they start to bear fruit.

Pet of the Week: Meet Harper!

Harper is a sweet Pharaoh Hound mix who is ready to be someone's workout buddy. This athletic 2-year-old is always on the move! She loves to run and play, but she wasn't always so agile. When Harper first arrived at the Arizona Humane Society, she was suffering from a badly injured leg and she was barely able to walk. She was treated in AHS' Trauma Hospital and then placed in a loving foster home where she could rest and recover. Now that she's all healed up, Harper is looking for a home of her own. She is a very smart dog. She is already housetrained and knows basic commands like "sit." She's eager to learn lots of new tricks... in exchange for yummy treats, of course! Learn more about Harper and how to adopt her at AZHumane.org/adopt/.
