The IronOaks Pickleball and Tennis Clubs will be hosting the 2nd Annual “Play It Forward” Charity Event supporting Neighbors Who Care, on Saturday, April 1st, at IronOaks Racquet Center. They will offer both gender and mixed play at $20 each. If you can’t play, please consider donating. Matches will begin at 8:00am in one-hour increments. Signups are available through March 24th. Friends and neighbors are welcome.

Thanks to the generosity of Sprouts Farmers Market, lunch will be provided for all participants.

This year’s goal is $10,000! Join the fun and help support this worthy organization.

Only licensed drivers are permitted to operate vehicles.  Golf carts can only be on the golf cart paths and course during golf activities, per our Rules and Regulations, which can be found on IronOaksAZ.com under "HOA and Governing Documents." Children without a driver’s license should never be allowed to drive a golf cart.

Three facility renovations in the Project Initiation process were moved forward from the Master Planning Committee to the HOA Board of Directors.  Staged in as Phase 2-A for the Oakwood golf patio extension, Phase 2-B for the interior redesign of Poolside, and Phase 2-C for main pools, these projects were submitted as “RBA”s (Request for Board Action) for Board consideration for consideration at the March 22nd Board meeting. Extensive feedback was received from homeowners in January focus groups for the golf patio extension, Poolside, and community pools. Architectural plans have been revised from that input.

• Phase 2-A: The Oakwood golf extension patio plans were reviewed at the February meeting and the project was submitted to the Board, above.
• Phase 2-B: Plans for Poolside’s interior repurposing as more of a community center concept were revised and discussed at the March meeting. Plans continue to be refined and the project was also sent to the Board, above.
• Phase 2-C: The pools plans are on hold pending an engineering study.
• Phase 3: Wellness/Fitness center “benchmarking,” where comparable facilities are visited and researched, has begun. Homeowner focus groups will be scheduled in the fall.

In keeping with the Project Process initiation guidelines, the revised conceptual drawings for Phase 2-A and 2-B will be reviewed by the Master Planning Committee, the Building and Grounds Committee, and the Finance Committee.

It’s important that homeowners are kept current on these activities benefiting our community. Information will continue to be provided in a timely manner as we move through the project process with these improvements.
