Loop Highlights:

Did You Know?

IronOaks residents can attend one of four informational meetings to find out more regarding community improvements. This is the opportunity to hear and understand all that could be a part of the community, and what it will cost.

Board Meetings

Board Meetings are being conducted only in person.

Annual Homeowners' Meeting | March 30th at 9:00am | Oakwood Ballroom

If you’re not sure what's going on in the community, this is the meeting you need to attend. We are taking topics submitted by our residents and building the meeting agenda around those suggestions. Here are the top reasons to attend:

  1. The agenda is developed by the homeowners.
  2. McMahon Group will attend to discuss the next steps in the Master Plan. This is the plan that will direct project development for the next several years.
  3. All attendees will receive a raffle ticket for chances to win one of many amazing items!

Click here for the meeting agenda.

Citrus Fruit

If you have citrus trees, please be sure to pick the fruit off the trees and pick it up off the ground. Rats love to enjoy the fruit you leave, so please be sure to clean up the fruit and don’t let it rot on the ground or the tree.

Age Verification Request

Living in a community like IronOaks at Sun Lakes has many advantages. One of those advantages is that IronOaks at Sun Lakes is an age-restricted community. Comment Card Overview

For Comment Cards in this past week, we had 2 positive, 6 negative, and 18 neutral comments come in. Comments received included (with our responses in italics):

  • "Pool furniture needs to be updated."
  • "Would like to combine trash and recycling to one day per week" - This was voted on, and the decision was made to remain on our current schedule when the new trash contract was signed.
  • "What mosquito prevention is being done to treat for mosquitos by the lakes and golf course?" - We are currently on a plan using a pellet type treatment in these areas.

If you have a comment that may apply to two areas, you only need to submit one comment. The Board is copied on all comments.
