Safety and Protection Of HOA Account Assets

There has been a great deal of communication in the news in recent days pertaining to bank failures and the impact of uncertainty on the account-holders. I wanted to take this opportunity to ensure each of our homeowners that 100% of all account assets for our HOA Operating Fund, Reserve Fund, and FACE Fund are fully insured and protected either by FDIC coverage or surety bonds insuring the excess above the FDIC coverage.

We have cautiously and carefully over recent years followed our governing documents to ensure that our objective is preservation of principle in all our account holdings. These guiding principles are what has brought us to where we are today and will continue to lead us through any challenging days ahead.

Respectfully,

Ann Burbank
Board Treasurer

Pickleball Barrel Classic

We had 106 club members and homeowners of the three Sun Lakes Communities enjoy three days of Pickleball competition! Weather caused some hiccups, but that didn’t deter the good time. Thanks to the major sponsor, UNISON BANK, for helping make this inaugural IronOaks Pickleball Tournament a great success. Everyone enjoyed the competitive play, sponsor booths, and 50/50 and Gift Basket Raffles.
