Important Information You Should Know to Vote:

1. Gather Knowledge! The Election ’24 Board Candidate page is available after you log in, under "HOA." Candidate biographies and videos are available here.
2. Attend the Meet the Candidates event on Saturday, February 3rd, from 1:00pm-3:00pm in the Oakwood Ballroom.
3. Only homeowners who are current in their assessments and fees can vote. Over 200 residents are not current. Make sure you have a voice and vote. Unsure? Contact the Accounting office at 480-895-3126.
4. After February 4th, if you become eligible to vote on February 16th, you can do so ONLY by paper ballot.  These are available at the Oakwood Concierge desk.
5. Electronic & Paper Vote Opens Friday, February 16th.
6. Electronic Vote Closes March 7th at 4:00pm.
7. In-Person Voting occurs March 8th from 9:00am-9:30am in the Bradford Room.

Due to some issues with the drain lines, the Halley Pool Men’s restroom and shower area are CLOSED until further notice.  The Ladies' restroom can be used by both Men and Women until the repairs are made.

Punxsutawney Phil made his predictions, and our IronOaks groundhogs are also making an appearance. Look high and low. Here are you clues to the three groundhogs waiting for you:

1. Greta’s been eyeing up some new golf wear.  Unfortunately, she can’t find her size.
2. Gus doesn’t growl, but he loves an ice-cold beer.
3. Gizmo is into his health and he works hard to keep up with his New Year’s resolutions.

From February 29th through March 3rd, 2024, the Jason Morton Tennis Tournament will be here at the IronOaks Tennis courts.  Please join us for some amazing players and volleys as they compete in this prize money USTA-sanctioned tournament. Be aware if you are around the tennis courts and the Oakwood Clubhouse, traffic will be heavy and you may need to allow more time to find parking. Also, the Ironwood courts will be reserved for tournament play during this time. Be patient and be aware of the many people walking through the parking lot and surrounding area.

The Pickleball courts will be closed for adjustments to be completed on the lights. Repairs will involve new light heads, laser sighting, and light directing, followed by measuring light levels after sunset.  Courts will reopen on Friday, February 16th, with a regular schedule of play. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Please do not allow your pets on the courts or the artificial turf seating area. Signage is being added to this area indicating the No Pets Allowed policy.

The Oakwood Clubhouse parking lot median turf remediation is nearly complete. Rocks will be added around the tree wells. This Capital project was approved with RBA24-002.

Meet Misty, a 6-year-old spayed female, cream and tan Australian Cattle Dog and Akita. This 45-pound fluff ball is one of our many dogs, 1 year and older, who are $49 for a limited time.

Misty has been at AHS for a month now after she was surrendered by her previous owner. She can be a little shy at first, but she’s a very easy-going girl once she gets to know you. Misty can live in a home with other social dogs her size or larger. No cats, critters, or dogs under 30 pounds in her new home, please! Misty has a medical disclosure for suspected Valley Fever exposure and recent extractions, so she may need some extra care and supervision to stay healthy.
