The Bruno Mars Tribute Show was moved to May 4th at Oakwood Country Club. Those holding existing tickets for the concert should hold on to those tickets, as they will be honored at the May 4th show. Same time and same seats. Requests for refunds will be taken until January 31st. All seats refunded will then be offered for sale again at OakwoodTickets.com beginning March 14th. Questions? Need a Covid test, but unsure where or how to get one? Check out this website. You are allowed four tests. They take 7-12 days to ship.

Photos are still available. Please pick up your photos by January 31st. After this, the photos will be discarded.

Residents of Sun Lakes (excludes Chandler Unit 33 and Villas utilizing another trash service provider) can participate in a free bulk trash pickup day on April 21, 2022. To participate, you must schedule the pickup at WCofAZ.com. Look for "Bulk Pick-up."  You must schedule by 12:00pm on April 20th.

Enjoy a dinner celebrating those in our community who give back tirelessly. Tickets are on sale for $25 per person at the Cottonwood Palo Verde Administration Building (check or cash only), or you can purchase online.

The dinner menu will include:

• Hors d'oeuvres
• House Salad & Rolls
• 6oz Chateaubriand
• Mashed Potatoes & Asparagus
• Cheesecake

The Cash Bar will open at 5:00pm, with dinner starting at 6:00pm.

Please begin picking fruit from your trees. This is the time of year, trees have plenty, and the roof rats and other rodents love a free meal. If you place it out for neighbors, please bring in whatever is left, as again, rodents love the food.

Please be advised that each gate will be completely inaccessible for the duration of the replacement work, which means 24 hours/day. Therefore, it is highly suggested that you prepare in advance for these closures as they affect your travel in and out of the community.

Golfers, during the closures of the Halley and Champagne Gates, we will have security personnel in place at both locations [during normal business hours] to assist with golfer traffic.

You should have received your statement either by mail or in your email. Statements will indicate the new amount of $1,168.50 (half of $2,337). If you have set up auto pay, your invoice will indicate there is nothing due and no further action is required.

You may also pay by dropping off a check at any of the secured lock boxes located at the Oakwood Clubhouse, the drive-up box in the Arts & Crafts parking lot, or lock boxes located at the Oakwood & Ironwood Golf Shops, the Fitness Center East door, or outside the Accounting office.

Please note, checks cannot be postdated, as Accounting cannot hold checks. Checks returned for insufficient funds will incur a $30 fee.

We’re looking into making major enhancements to IronOaks Security, from more tailored access controls at our gate entrances and amenities to a state-of-the-art surveillance system that can find the keys you misplaced while dining in Stone & Barrel last week!

When choosing to live in a gated community, you set expectations for your sense of security. We want to ensure that we're doing our best to help you feel at ease here at IronOaks. Please be on the lookout for a Resident Survey circulated in the coming weeks, and be sure to give us your feedback on what’s most important to you.

Meet the Sun Lakes Posse and learn what they do! This free event runs from 10:00am to 12:00pm at the Posse Facility at 9531 E Riggs Road, SW corner Dobson & Riggs Road. Enjoy free hot dogs and see patrol vehicles, a K9 unit, rescue drones, a SWAT vehicle, and more!

It's time to schedule your next blood donation! Click here to do so now, for our February 22nd event.

The bar area at Stone & Barrel will remain open until 9:00pm on nights when tribute concerts are held.

This menu will be available for the next Trivia Night, on January 31st. There will be no Trivia on Monday the 24th, due to the Elvis Tribute concert.

Remember, Stone & Barrel is available for dining prior to Trivia, and the Early Bird Special is available prior to 5:00pm. Plan to enjoy the Trivia menu, or stop by a little early to sit down and enjoy an option from the full-service Stone & Barrel restaurant!

Plan to come out and have some tennis fun at our 1st Annual Grand Slam Tennis Charity Event at IronOaks Tennis Club! We will offer both gender and mixed play, at $20 each. If you can’t play, please consider donating. Matches will begin at 9:00am, in one-hour increments. You will be paired with someone from another Club at a similar rating.

This is an open event. Invite friends and neighbors to participate. 
Lunch will be furnished by the IronOaks Tennis Club and will be served at noon. Players eat for free, guests eat for $5. All contributions will be donated to Neighbors Who Care.
