Beginner-Advanced Beginner Yoga: This class is for people who have no or some prior yoga experience or knowledge. Learn yoga breathing and poses, and then combine poses in a flowing style in a slow-paced, relaxed environment. Props such as blocks, straps, floor mats and modifications/options will be used. You can improve muscle strength, endurance, increase flexibility and balance.
